Frequently asked questions
Where do the workshops take place?
We can host at our studio in Upper Coomera, your home, Air BnB, office or chosen venue, or recommend one of our beautiful venue partner spaces. We also don't stop at just Brisbane and Gold Coast, we travel afield, so don't be scared to ask!
How many people can you cater for?
Our standard packages cover groups from 6 people. For larger corporate events or public activations, we can build a bespoke plan with multiple hosts and staggered sessions.
Do guests need any experience?
Not at all. Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. We cover safety, demonstrate each step and are on hand throughout to help pour, scent and decorate.
Can you accommodate allergies and sensitivities?
Yes. We use very high-quality, Australian made, vegan-friendly soy wax and can provide unscented or low-fragrance options. Just let us know about allergies (including coconuts and other allegens) when you enquire.
What’s the booking and cancellation policy?
To secure your date we take a $100 deposit, with the balance due 7 days before the event. If you need to move your date, we’ll do our best to accommodate with at least 14 days’ notice.
